Using the service

Content Compass helps you connect accounts, prepare content, review replies and manage publishing workflows. Connect only accounts and files you are authorised to manage. Follow the rules of Instagram, Microsoft and any other connected services, and respect other people's rights and privacy.

Your content and approvals

You retain your rights in your content. You allow us to process it as needed to provide the features you request. Check captions, media, destinations and workflow settings before approving publication or enabling automatic actions. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable; it requires your judgement.

Availability

The service is being tested and may change. Third-party permissions, service availability and platform restrictions can affect delivery. Keep copies of your original content and check publication results. We do not guarantee reach, engagement or uninterrupted availability.

Stopping use

You can stop using the service and disconnect your accounts. To request deletion, follow the data-deletion instructions. We may restrict misuse that threatens accounts, other people or the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
